BeLIEve

With the schemes they make they sell their wares
Dreams are born bought and sold
And the masses eat the fantasies up
And cherish the lies they are told
And the dumbness of man did expand
As invisible men began to rule the land
And beneath every rock and grain of sand
The acquisition of minds was the primary plan
Then suddenly to their delight
The one percent had seen the light
They split the world into broken sides
A divide and conquer plan took flight
Then on every spot the eye could see
Were reminders of idiocracy
And on every space that there would be
Were logos of gullibility
Some bent so right
With their minds locked tight
They refused to see
And gave up their sight
Some leaned so left
They rejected the rest
And called it
Open mindedness
With the dreams they fake they pawn their scares
Fairy tales still told
And the masses vacuum all the lies up
And they carry the cross they are sold
Will the silence of expand
Until every microcosmic land
Capitulates to their every demand
Until the universe bears the mark of their hand

They Say

We can create the reality that we seek
There's no needto be victim
They say that science confirms this a fact to be
So have faith in life eternal
There is a coded message meant to be read
It's written in their water
They say they're signals from some other dimension
And not from inside their heads
They say atoms and particles are worlds within
They are intangible aspects of life
Pure thought a substance hitherto unknown
Now I've heard every lie
They say accept these, the possibilities
Of the conscience rearrangement of reality
They profess to know an uncertainty
Convinced of their absurdities
They say the lines were never drawn
The way the world is now never agreed upon
Its like stumbling onto a movie set
That hasn't quite been built yet
They say we can change our world
With a simple thought
Cast a seed into infinity and live a dream that once was sought
Who could believe this insanity
of a fictitious alternate reality?
The undeniable impact of delusional thinking keeps the intellect cut off and shrinking.
They say accept as absolute certainty
A reflection of an other world reality
They say that they can prove scientifically
Postmortem preservation of identity
I will not live your illusion
To live a lie does not appeal
I refuse to run your rat race or subscribe to your ideals
Now you can hypnotize yourself
You can believe in your own lies
Or look deep inside your own head until you realize
Are you afraid of what you'll see?
Are you afraid of the possibility
That there may be no substance to
Everything you believed was true?
They say accept these
As possibilities
Make-believe invisible realities
They profess to know the minds of deities
And that they hold the keys to eternity

There is no cure
For the poison
That drips
Or for the words
That slip
From the tip
Of my
Black forked tongue
There is no back
Too broad
Or shoulder
Too wide
Between which I
Cannot slide
My greazy knives
I own you
Hazmeeahnee
And When the time comes
When their backs are turned
That is when the betrayal
Will take its darkest form
And those who had once
Held trust and faith
Shall feel the
Tongue of the Worm
Upon their cheeks
I have a plan
To fool the watchers
A deceptive game of illusion
But I'll need you
My useful little tools
To take the fall for my
Smarmy collusion
Worm
